Terms & Conditions

Your store · Effective June 3, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [store URL] (the "Site"), operated by Our store ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Effective date: June 3, 2026.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and refuse service.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products listed in the order. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If your payment method is declined, your order will not be processed.

You may cancel an order at any time before it has shipped by contacting us at [contact email].

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package from us.

6. Returns and Refunds

Unused, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email [contact email] with your order number.

Approved refunds are issued as the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Items marked "Final Sale", custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-related goods are not returnable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software — is the property of Our store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant Our store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or another user's account
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our store and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our store from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Effective date" at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
